She is not only an expert in domestic audit and tax regulation, but also familiar with Hong Kong and VIE structure. She led and joint several Hong Kong bookkeeping and auditing projects which cover AI, medical device, retail, IC design, mining, etc.

Winnie is the leader of General Service Department and responsible for closing orders with team in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Her knowledge covers from investment structure design, financial and tax consulting, and professional BPO services including company registration and business change etc. She succesfully passed the intermediate accounting exam and is the registered representative for bookkeeping service in ProWise team. The Industries she served include logistics, education, medical devices, health and nutrition products processing and IC design, etc.

Alisa is familiar with the operation of the domestic enterprises. She has the working experience in state-owned enterprises, and have complete an over 48 million project construction projects in Guizhou. She has enhanced her management accounting skills, and also passed the CMA exam. Recently, she services in our general service department, focusing in company registration, bookkeeping, cost analysis and tax compliance.
